I'm not sure how to use the app.
- Please check the [My] tab > [Customer Support] > [User Guide] at the bottom of the app for a detailed step-by-step guide.
How does the payment work? Is it a subscription?
- Yarnie is not a subscription service. We offer a Lifetime (one-time purchase) model where you pay once and enjoy all features forever.
How do I transfer data to a new device?
- Since we do not store data on our servers for your privacy, you must manually transfer it.
- How: Go to [My] tab > [Preference] > [Export Data File] to create a backup, then use [Import Data File] on your new device.
- Note: We recommend regular backups. Data may be lost if the app is deleted.

기기를 변경할 때 데이터는 어떻게 옮기나요?
- Yarnie는 서버에 데이터를 저장하지 않으므로 직접 백업하셔야 합니다.
- 방법: **[마이] 탭 > [설정] > [데이터 파일 내보내기]**로 백업 파일을 만든 후, 새 기기에서 **[데이터 파일 가져오기]**를 진행해 주세요.
- 주의: 정기적인 백업을 권장하며, 앱 삭제 시 데이터가 사라질 수 있습니다.
